The earlier you find someone to help execute your event details, the more value you will get out of an event planner.

The truth is, good planners will be able to save you money, time and hours of frustration so you can be a good host to your guests.

The first step is to find the planner who is the best fit for you. Someone you can trust with your vision and make your inspiration board come to life. You’ll be working closely with your planner so you want to make sure you choose someone you can feel comfortable being honest and having freak out moments with.

My process isn’t a binder that works for everyone or a one-size-fits-all checklist. Each of you are unique and each event should reflect that. Even the planning process is tailored to your needs and the way you feel most comfortable.

We'll begin with...

  • A conversation where you get to tell me what your vision for your event is and ask as many questions as you can think of. This is such an important meeting for us to get off on the right foot and get to know one another!
  • If we both feel this would be a great fit, we'll get to work and make a plan based on your budget and amount of time you have to dedicate to your planning process.
  • Once we develop a plan, I'll put it into action. I'm here to make sure all the vendors are on the same page and the timing is perfect.
  • You get to enjoy your guests and soak in the day you have envisioned all along!
